Our classes

Our signature classes are designed to provide well-rounded workout for your week using the STEM-based approach of Reform Pilates. All classes include a variety of reformer and tower apparatus.

STEM-based approach

Strength: Our most athletic class will give your heart rate—and good vibes—going. Expect jump board, TRX, planks, reformer, and some muscle shakes. “Find out how strong you are”. Our fusion class combines pilates foundations with free weights and mat/tower equipment. 

Technique: Our classic all-levels reformer class will give you that full-body toning you expect from pilates. 

Empower: Gain confidence in your everyday movement with a quieter class focusing on micro-movement.
